Ibm Third Party Access Agreement

These terms of use and the privacy policy constitute the entire agreement between us (i.e. you and the company) and govern your use and access to the site. If we develop our business, we can stop managing the website or associated property. In these circumstances, Compass may transfer, sell or attribute to our successor the information you have collected regarding these business transactions. These terms of use and privacy policy do not relate to the privacy, information or other practices of third parties, including third-party websites that are linked to the website or third-party payment services. (a) The information collected by the company. We collect information about all of our users, for example to determine which parts of our site users have the most access. This may include information that does not reveal your specific identity, such as browser and device information, usage data, information collected by cookies and similar pixel or technology tags, demographic information and aggregated information. This information helps us determine which parts of our site are most beneficial to users and how we can continually create a better overall experience for you.
